Kolin Construction – Konya- İvriz Irrigation GRP Pipeline Lamination Project is a strategic infrastructure initiative to effectively manage the region’s water resources and irrigate agricultural lands. The successful completion of this project has increased the reliability of water transmission and supported agriculture in the region.

The focus of our project is the lamination process of GRP (Steel Reinforced Polyethylene) pipeline. This is a specialized technique used to increase the durability and longevity of pipes. Prior to the project, it was necessary to procure the necessary equipment and technical expertise for this special process.

Once the lamination process started, the pipes with DN (Diameter Nominal) dimensions were carefully processed. During this process, steel reinforcements were added around the pipes to ensure excellent durability and compressive strength. Each pipe went through strict quality control processes and was rigorously tested.

The project resulted in the successful application of lamination technology to increase the reliability of the water transmission system. The pipeline was designed and constructed to withstand high pressure water transmission. This ensured efficient distribution of water and irrigation of agricultural land.
